  • Enabling teams to focus on building strong relationships with hosts while effectively handling objections

You will achieve the above by:

  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in the sales process to increase efficiency and conversion rates.

  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance data and provide insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates and productivity.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between sales, product marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and deliver relevant content for different product releases. You will also provide feedback on released initiatives and pain points from the customer and sales team.

  • CRM & Sales Tools Management: Ensure sales teams effectively utilize CRM tools (Pipedrive) and other sales technologies (e.g. Demodesk) to streamline processes and track performance.

Your backpack is filled with

  • You bring a total of 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and CRM tools.

  • You demonstrate excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.

  • Good project management skills that allow you to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to improve sales performance.
